This one-size-fits-all fringe poncho is so much fun it should be illegal.  
 
You can wear it over a tank, shirt or a jacket for extra flare!  It's made from a medium weight black suede cowhide with 8" long fringe, I added colored rhinestone rivets and metal studs. Its open at the shoulders so can fit anyone, it slips over the head and secures with a snap in the back.
